When should i sleep every night?!


Question: When should i sleep every night.?
i always sleep at 10 or 11:30, but whenever i sleep at that time, i cant wake up because im always tired. i have to wake up at 7, and i know that its really really early(to me, it it) and i just cant wake up and i cause a problem for my family. lol. they cant wake me up or they threaten me by saying that i have to walk to school then. poo! any tips on how to wake up faster and/or when to sleep and/or how to sleep faster(even when not tired, maybe). thanks!Health Question & Answer

im the same way try to get in bed at 8 or 9 to try and fall asleep if u have to put music on do it makes sure theres no light shining in ur room cause that can stop you as well and for the other people that didnt understand what u said u can gimme a 10points :(Health Question & Answer
