Heartburn is horrible and it's unusual for me?!

For about two weeks or so, I've had heartburn that is terrible. I've never had it this bad before, or this frequent and constant. I've changed the way I eat, I'm not eating before bed or laying down after I eat. It's so bad it makes me nauseated, and it wakes me up several times a night.

I don't know what it is.
I think it's acid reflux, but I'm not sure.Health Question & Answer
