my friend wants to learn how to do cpr.After my
my friend found me almost dead,this past summer she was at a loss as to how to help me.
she got cpr instructions from 911,but she kept panicking.fortunately for me she did enough to
keep me alive.She knows that I know cpr and she wants me to teach her.I told her that I can show her how to do the proper hand placement
on the chest,and explain the compression rate
and the rescue breathes work,but I don't want to do the actual compressions on her chest without
hurting her.Is there a way I can simulate the chest

She can take a class through the Red Cross. You practice on "Annie" or some other dummy to simulate the chest compression so you'll get used to it. Health Question & Answer
