Why can't I sleep the whole night? ?!

Question: Why can't I sleep the whole night.? .?

I will get like 4 or 5 hours then wake up. Then after I wake up I can't go back to sleep. I am not on any medicine at all, so I know that's not it. Health Question & Answer

God, I remember when that happened to me. I'd sleep at around 10 and then I'd ALWAYS wake up around 12:30 and I wouldn't be able to get any sleep until 4 in the morning and wake up at 6 and that went on for around 5 days, but it turned out that something was wrong with my diet. Apparently Nesvita would make my tummy feel funny for some reason a few hours after I drink it.Health Question & Answer
