Is it normal to slowly, progressively start getting uncontrolled body movements as you fall asleep? ?!

Question: Is it normal to slowly, progressively start getting uncontrolled body movements as you fall asleep.? .?
It is progressively getting worse is what I am trying to say. Almost like im slowly heading into a seizure. It began a few years ago with a single twitch at night as I would go to sleep. Now, my arms and legs start to thrash instead of just mild twitching. Am I having petite mal seizures.? Or is it due to my frontal lobe brain damage from '92.? Or could it be caused by the medicines I have been put on.?Health Question & Answer

Call the pharmacist where you got the meds and ask them if they might be affecting you like that. But go to a doctor! I'm worried about you!Health Question & Answer

It can be a combination of all. Every one has a 'muscle jerk' before going to sleep called a Micronik jerk. Your body then relaxes, and you fall asleep.Health Question & Answer
