Question: How do I know if my meds are real or a placebo.?

If you had it filled at a pharmacy, the medication is real. Placebo also means prescribing a medication that will not have a therapeutic effect on the disease/ailment.....pain pills, vitamins and antibiotics are considered placebos also because they are not considered to treat the underlying cause of the ailment.
Pain pills will not help heal an injury, just make it less painful
Vitamins may not necessarily correct an ailment
Antibiotics are not effective against viruses.
