Question: I only got a few hours of sleep, how do i feel more awake (without caffeine).?
I can't take a nap, because I have to go to sleep really early tonight (I need to wake up early), and I'm caffeine sensitive.Health Question & Answer

Go for a run or do some sort of exercise. That usually helps. also you could try listening to some happy, fast paced music first thing in the morning. You could also try drinking a fruit smoothie, the sugar should give you a buzz.Health Question & Answer

a cold , really cold shower might snap ur system to seem more awake for a couple of hours.?..or go outside without a coat for a few minutes, except then after I get warm i fall asleep :(...ooh I remember, a friend used to nibble on hard vegetables,like carrot slices or celery, wierd yes but it seemed to work.

get a bowl with some water and ice cubes in it. Wet a wash cloth with the cold water, wring it out, and apply it to your eyes and face. It's refreshing and helps wake you up.Health Question & Answer
