this is my nighttime routine
1. have a shower
2. dry and straighten my hair
3. apply tanning lotion (i'm super pale)
4. drink some warm milk
5. get into my pajamas
6. go to bed

Try not to exercise RIGHT before bed, and don't drink coffee or consume any high amounts of caffeine 4-6 hours before bed. IF all else fails, try reading before bed...This helps you become sleepy. If you have any worries or things on your mind...things that need to be done etc. write them down. also, try not to do anything in bed other than sleep so that your body recognizes this as a relaxing place. And then there's always scents, like lavendar that help aid in the sleep process. What are you doing wrong.? Your evening routine seems overly active. Maybe do these things earlier...So that you have an entire hour to relax before bed. Try a bath instead of a shower, begin dimming the lights - or light some candles. Camomile tea is good for relaxing...Try this instead of milk. Really, you need to work on calming your mind and body to easily slide into sleep mode. Good luck!

No, u r not doing anything wrong, just the thing is dat u might have slept long b4, or u have not kept a fix time of ur sleep and to wake up in the morning, mayb that's the reason. if not, then try to sleep in a dark room where there's no sound, so that u cud sleep well, when u fall asleep. Just close ur eyes when u lie down, refresh ur mind and just think dat u r here to sleep, then i hope dat u'll find urself in those gorgeous dreams dat God has gifted us! so take care and have a nice sleep!Health Question & Answer
Do all that u stated at least one hour before u go to bed. Have your supper by sunset. Read some books for some time and go to bed only when u feel sleepy.Lie down on bed without thinking of any problem, The last thought should be that u want to get up at 6 in the morning and then close your eyes.
