I have been running a fever and had the chills for 3 days and my eyes have been hurting. Today I have a cough and stuffy/runny nose, and have been getting on and off headaches.Is this a cold.?Health Question & Answer

it could be the influenza (flu) but not the stomach one those are the symptoms and they're "in season" right now because the hospital closet to me is giving flu shots already
here the hopsital gave me a list of the symptoms they are:
fever, cough, sore throat, chills, fatigue, headaches, and muscle aches.

You had a flu shot so you are probably getting the right effect from it which is that your flu symptoms will be less or none.
