Lightheaded ? ... :[ ?!

Question: Lightheaded .? ... :[ .?

during the day i get these little like headache things but they only last for a few seconds . i get dizzy and everythings white but then it goes away.
i think its lightheadedness but i'm not sure.
does anyone know how to prevent this or what causes it.?
