Question: When I go to sleep I wake up sometimes through out the night...?
Sometimes throughout the night I wake up and lets say I have been sleeping on my arm, when I wake up I cant feel the arm I have been sleeping on. Does anyone know whats wrong.?Health Question & Answer

it's just that you were sleeping in a position the is impairing your circulation. your body has woke you up to change positions. you are just one of those people who sleeps hard and doesnt move around much in your sleep. Health Question & Answer
It's called your arm falling to sleep..... how do you not know what that is.?
