Question: I have a cold but have clear boogers.?
i know thats gross lol but it always says if you have green boogers you have an infection, so why when i have a cold do my boogers get clear and runny.? and when i dont have a cold, they are most often green and thick.?Health Question & Answer

lol, it's normal...When you have the bright green mucus it usually means infection, like a sinus infection...it's like you have a cold but worse...thats usually how you know the difference between a cold and a sinus infection...er, thats how I always know anyway... feel better ;)Health Question & Answer
when you have a cold your clear and runny mucus is what help keep the infections out of your sinus. when you dry that up line of defense, with cold remedies for example, you will tend to get more infections.Health Question & Answer
