Im confused, will I loose my job before I have even started it?!

I recently had a successful interview at a care home and got the job of care assistant. However when I filled out the health form I had to tick yes to a few things(dizziness,fainting,low blood pressure) and then I had a call from the health regulations people who asked me lots of questions etc. They gave the verdict to the company that I could work, but should work with another person around me until I get my Checks done (im awaiting a 24 hour ECG as I had a few fainting spells a few months ago, and I have a slight heart murmur, which has to be checked out now and then. I also have low blood pressure as I said). Im going tomorow to talk to the manager about it, do you think they will still take me on or will they not because of my health issues.?

What do I tell him.? I need and want this job so much and im worried ill loose it :(Health Question & Answer
