Depends what test. The standard NIDA 5 - no. If you're going for a non-classified, job where you don't take a lot of risk or have peoples' lives in your hands, you'll most likely just get the NIDA 5. Companies don't like to use the tests that test for specific, uncommon drugs like psilocybin mushrooms because the tests are a lot more expensive and it is very unlikely that somebody will test positive for mushrooms (unlike marijuana).
