Answers:
The veins in your neck could be getting constricted by something, partially cutting off circulation, causing your headaches. And then when you tilt your head, it releases the vein, relieving your headaches.Health Question & Answer

Try going to a Chiropractor. I know a lot of people are scared of them, but they are awesome, they really know what they are doing and they can help with muscle pain, stiffness AND HEADACHES! And the cracking noise isn't really your bones cracking it's bubbles popping (you can ask your chiropractor about that) Health Question & Answer

Are they tension headaches.? I think that is what you are referring to. Well if you do get them in addition to what you are doing. Just sit for about five minutes and try to clear your mind and relax to prevent headaches.Health Question & Answer
