Why do we close our eyes when we sneeze? ?!

It's an automatic reflex that we instinctively close our eyes when we sneeze. ( technically called sternutation ). Because the typical sneeze removes air from your body at speeds up to 100 MPH tremendous velocities. Your eyes instinctively close when sneezing.to avoid salivary sprays get into your eyes.

i don't know but when i know im about to sneeze while im driving i try so hard to keep them open and it just doesn't work , its kinda scary and my sneezes are long Health Question & Answer
