drink lots of water, it will sooth you throat and will make you feel a bit better, and i'd say have night nurse, that used to help me sleep through bad coughs, nothing worse than not being able to sleep when you feel like that, coz next day you feel twice as bad, and keep wrapped up warm now we have this artic winds and snow :) Health Question & Answer

I WOULD NOT DARE TOUCH ANY OF THOSE PILLS! They can be really damaging to your health. If I feel really ill, I really boost my intake of fruit and veg ( to about 10 portions a day) and eat loads of garlic - at LEAST 1 clove per day!
