You most likely have a low thyroid situation. When your thyroid does not produce enough hormones, your metabolism slows down and one of the symptoms of this is to feel cold all the time. If you eat lots of soy products, this will cause this; if you are using fluoride products and getting fluoride from things like water, toothpastes, sodas, etc. this will deplete you of iodine and that what the hormones are made of.

Get some "tincture of iodine" from the drugs store, paint a 2" x 3" patch on your forearm in the morning and it should still be visible after 24 hours. If it disappears sooner than the 24 hours, you are deficient in iodine and most likely not making those hormones well.

You can have a problem with your pituitary gland that sends the TSH hormone to your thyroid also.

I strongly suggest NOT taking those thyroid medications that sentence you to a life of pill taking for the rest of your life and damaging your body. I suggest you see a Certified Nutritional Therapist that can test you to find out what is causing the thyroid problem, if that is what it is. They can recommend diets and supplements that will put you on a road to health once they determine the "root cause" of the problem and not just treat the symptoms with drugs.

Don't run to the health food store and buy CoQ-10 because what is sold in stores is the "ash" form of vitamin Q. What you need and should get if you decide to get CoQ-10 is the fully reduced form of CoQ-Quinol. This actually will make you healthy. The typical CoQ-10 that is sold in stores will damage your DNA.

Poor circulation is what is causing it and cayenne pepper will not correct the problem, it will just increase the heart rate and if you have a restriction in the blood vessels, the blood vessel can bulge and pop. Cayenne pepper increases the blood pressure by increasing the heart rate. Same thing with B-complex vitamins. The best thing thing to help your circulation is eating more fish. Now why do you think that Eskimos can stand the extreme cold.? Omega-3, Omega-6, Omega-9.
