i had asthma too but haven't used a puffer in years.. i think it may have been triggered from dustmites & possible mold from the damp basement in our old house as it seems that around the time we moved was around the time i started feeling better.
one lady i know does deep breathing exercises through her nose/mouth & she claims it expands her lung compasity.

As thma never goes away. It may not act up for a long time but when it does, if you do not already have one, you go to the doctor and he prescribes an inhaler and some antibiotics.Health Question & Answer
