Question: What foods can I eat and what should I completely avoid while I have the stomach flu.? .?
For the past two days I've pretty much been avoiding everything because I've thrown it all back up, but this is my third day on it and although I'm still nauseous, I no longer have a fever so I was wondering what I should and shouldn't eat.

One of the most important thing is to drink a lot of fluids and liquids. Avoid milk, juices, and alcohol BUT definitely avoid orange juice and other acidic drinks, such as lemonade. also, only eat BRAT (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Dry Toast). Chicken soup is also good...Health Question & Answer
