Question: Is this healthy.?.?.? i never have anything to drink.?
i have water out of the drinking fountain every once in a while, and milk at dinner, then that's it.

These are some of the stupidest answers I have ever seen. Maybe your body is compensating for not drinking a lot of water by adjusting the flow rate in your kidneys so that you don't filter as much. The thirst center in your brain will tell you that you are thirsty. You won't get a liver infection, it probably has very little to do with your overall metabolism, you don't NEED 2 liters or 8 glasses. You just pee it out anyway. You will probably never have to go to the hospital for dehydration. Most of the time, dehydration results from fluid loss from excessive sweating, diarrhea or vomiting, OR water avoidance due to mental illness. Do you have any of these problems.? Then don't worry about it. You could probably benefit from drinking a glass more per day, but it is very unlikely that you are doing harm to your body by NOT drinking it. Health Question & Answer

You should probably drink more water. You can be dehydrated and not know it. The extra water is good for your skin, your kidneys, your brain, and frankly all of the rest of you. You loose water when you sweat, when you breath, and of course when you urinate. If your urine in mid day is not clear (meaning not yellow) you need to drink more water. The only time it should be yellow is in the morning first thing. The water helps your body get rid of the stuff (waste products) that it needs to. The actual feeling of thirst is only a message your body is sending to your brain, letting you know that you're dehydrated. So basically, whenever you feel thirsty, you're already dehydrated. I'm not sure what your non-thirst signifies. Maybe that sensory connection is blocked or maybe you are just naturally very hydrated and retain water like a cactus. it doesn't matter if your not thirsty but you should be drinking 8 8oz glasses of water each day at minimum. i am never that thristy either but your body needs fluids, so i just carry around a water bottle with me all the time and refil it as soon as its empty. its hard to get into the habit of drinking it but drinking at least water and lots of it, is an appitie suppressent...so thats a plus! good luck and drink fluids!Health Question & Answer

Ok this is how you find out how much water you as an individual should be drinking. your body weight times .5 the answer divided by 8 (to find ut how many cups) I use my weight as an example I weigh 126LBs so 126x.5=63 (31.5OZ for day) to find out how many cups take 63 / 8= 7.857 Cups of water per day. yeah they say 8 glasses of water a day.
now i realize most people don't do that.. but a sip from the fountain and a glass of milk isn't going to cut it.
especially since milk isn't too high in water concentration.
its meant for baby cows to gain weight lol
so drink more water!

Of course its healthy, c'mon at least ur drinking something...some people only drink once a day..which is not good for their immune system, so just put a bottle of water in ur bag and through out the day just drink it..even if ur not thirsty.Health Question & Answer
