I really need help sleeping?!


Question: I really need help sleeping.?
i've been having trouble sleeping for three days. it's 5:08 am and i can't sleep. i usually stay awake till 3:00am. then i get to sleep easily. can anyone help.Health Question & Answer

You got your biological all messed up. What is a biological clock.? It is usually the system that your body uses and its set to when you wake and sleep. Youve set your biological clock to 3 am or 508 am and thats the problem. Try to gradually make your sleeping time earlier and earlier. Let's say tonight make it. 2am. try it for maybe a couple of days.? then After that sleep in 1am. try and try and try until youve set your sleeping time more earlier.
PS: Don't think about anything else if you're gonna sleep. Stare at the ceiling wall for about 10 mins and clear your mind about anything so that you wont have problem in shutting those eyes to sleep. / Hope this helpsHealth Question & Answer

hi, i have the same problem tonight.

try reading something really boring. don't let yourself worry, or think of unpleasant things. you could always try counting sheep or just counting backwards from 100.

try having some hot soup or warm milk or tea. don't stay in bed if you can't sleep, get up and read or have some tea. if you stay in bed you'll just stress about needed to get to sleep... which will prevent you from falling asleep.

OMG!!! me too!
I find that if I wake up really early the next day after I haven't slept for long enough, and then I wait until the end of the next day, and do NOT nap I fall right asleep!
