yeah you need exercise for your muscles to work properly, especially your heart. in sleep it goes very slow, if you sleep too much it won't be able to handle sudden forceful movements (you could faint). sleep also builds up toxins in your body which need to be cleared, so its bad in that sense tooHealth Question & Answer
