Question: Please help me, im confused.?.?!!!.?
hey, im 15 and don't sleep much. I never get to bed before about 12 and then dont get asleep until about 2. My mums like its all in your head just go to bed n ulll fall asleep but that dosent work though. Is there something I can do or is there something wrong with me.? I am worried I will always be like this!!.?.?.?

if you sleep in late in the morning that could be the source of your problem. try waking up earlier and you should be more tired at night. also, if you take naps late in the afternoon, like after school, that might be causing the problem as well. try drinking less caffeine during the day and maybe doing a little more physical activity to wear you out as well.... good luckHealth Question & Answer

clear your mind, maybe you're thinking too much when you lay on the bed. i've experienced that myself and it happened to me for 2 months, i can't figure out why until one night, i stopped thinking and cleared my mind. i did it every night and somehow it corrected my sleeping problem. it could be also that you drink beverages that contain caffeine (coke, coffee, tea) around late afternoon onwards, it could contribute too. even sleeping too much in the afternoon could also make you stay awake at night.Health Question & Answer

There is nothing wrong with you but I understand how you feel about it.
It can really be a big problem but fortunately it can be solved with hypnosis. You don't have to see a hypnotherapist, which also can be expensive, as there are help to be found online.
