What do they do, pretty much from start to finish.? Please help :/
I know I asked a simillar question earlier but i need to know, because I'm panicking and i have ages until the appointment because it's at 3pm tomorrow :/

If it's your first appointment, they will talk to you to find out what the problem is, then they will look at your ankles and maybe move them to see whether they can move in a normal range.
Then they will discuss a treatment plan with you. This may include hot and/or cold packs for your ankles, exercises, or hydrotherapy (water). They may suggest support hose or Ace bandages - it all depends on what the problem is. Health Question & Answer
