Waking up problem in morning?!


Question: Waking up problem in morning.?
Hi,
I am unable to control the sleep/drowsiness in the morning.
I sleep at 11 to 12 o clock in night and try to wake up at 6:30 or 7 in morning with alarm. But stop the watch and again slip into sleep.
I tried to control it by sitting on bed but the pull-in is so strong that I fall asleep in that position also and when legs start paining due to clogging then only I wake up.
Please suggest how to control this and become normal.

hey dude .... i've got a same problem .... and i have tried following to avoide ... i should say .. successfully.... :D

- Set multiple alarms
- buy annoying alarm clocks... there are quite a few of options available in the market right from alarms hiding away where u cannot reach it till your fantacy ...
- dont turn off ur alarm, always snoze it .. now the question is how do u know what ur doing in ur sleepy condition... the solution is to learn the shortcuts to snoze alarm on cell phone and make ur unconcious mind aware about it ...
- keep a glass full of water around you and once you wake up for the firs time rinse your eyes immediately after shutting the alarm off ...

i was having same problem but not now.
first of all keep your Alarm far from your bed.
2.take minimum of 2 glass of water before sleeping.
3.when your waking to stop Alarm before st-oping the Alarm wash your face with cold water then do exercise.Health Question & Answer

How about set the alarm to a music station that you really like and loud.Get right up and get in the shower,cold one if need be. Get better quality sleep at night and go to bed a little earlier.Health Question & Answer
