I need some caffeine help.....?!

Question: I need some caffeine help......?
I'm a college student and I go into classes every morning feeling like I'm going to fall asleep instantly. I get enough sleep during the night, but I'd like to find some kind of drink that will give me enough energy to last me throughout the day...can anyone recommend the best kind of energy boosters like redbull, monster, starbucks etc. What has the most caffeine to keep me awake.? Thank you !Health Question & Answer

Well, I've tried the Starbucks Coffee + Energy cold drinks. They work for a little bit, but then I get more tired than before. I would go with Red Bull or AMP. :D

Whatever you do, pls don't take over the counter things like Vivarin, I did that once and ended up in the hospital having a panic attack. Just a little advice :DHealth Question & Answer

If you truly get enough sleep during the night...eight hours for example...but have difficulty in staying awake during the day; you might check with your physician to determine if the cause is something like sleep apnea wherein you do not reach deep sleep that restores you or another cause which prohibits the quality sleep you require. Energy boosters and caffeine drinks are very short term solutions if that...which address the symptoms and not the cause and are themselves sometimes an aggravating factor.
Excessive caffeine can cause more serious problems.Health Question & Answer

I too became a caffeine hound in college. Try to eat lots of green veggies during the day and other natural energy boosters like berries and nuts. If you have to go to caffeine coffee actually isn't all bad for you (except the fact that it will brown your teeth). Try that 5 hr drink sold pretty much everywhere...it has tons of B vitamins and they're great for energy. DOn't forget that you will eventually crash if you have too much caffeine in a day. also, try sleeping less (sleeping too much can drain your energy) and working out (can give you a weird boost for a while).Health Question & Answer

Too many energy drinks can be bad for you. If you would like something low calorie I would suggest a hot black tea you could make in the morning. Black tea has more caffeine than any other tea. Black coffee is also good. Lattes and mochas and stuff are made with espresso which doesn't have as much caffeine as black Coffee.Health Question & Answer

Those energy drinks are nothing but sugar and caffeine, that is short term energy. I personally go with a good breakfast and a cup of tea, seems to work good and I don't get that gross feeling from the energy drinks.Health Question & Answer

lol, starbucks.? yes have a starbucks. seriously, just drink some coffee when you wake up. energy drinks have the most caffeine but they have lots of sugar too, which makes you feel gross after an hour or two.Health Question & Answer

If you're getting enough sleep and still sleepy, drinks aren't the fix. There is something else wrong. Probably diet. Maybe you need a more rounded off breakfast. Hot cereal & fruit & tea.?Health Question & Answer
