tonight i went downstairs to find my father snorting a white powder.
I spoke to him and he was acting very normal.
we are neither poor nor rich.
is this something i need to worry about and tell my mother or is this alright.?

Yes, you should consult your mother immediatelyy anddon'tt worry about causing any problems between your mom and dad. You are only doing this out of concern for your father. Just let your mom know what you saw and hopefully she will know where to take it from there. She may already know more than you think, it is just very unfortunate that you had to seehiss.
