Why can't I breathe deeply?!
Question: Why can't I breathe deeply.?
Someone asked this question 7 months ago on here, so I just wanted to reply just in case more people are seeking more answers.
Take a look at your diet; does it have aspartame in it.?
Go check your labels- low calorie sweeteners, candy, gum, diet drinks etc. (Nutra aweet, aspartame, sucralose)
Eliminate them...feel better, breathe easier; in the meantime, there is one suggestion that works, while you are detoxifying, drink water when you start to feel that air starvation, it actually helps to make you breathe.
