Why does it take me so long just to get to sleep?!


Question: Why does it take me so long just to get to sleep.?
hi i know i asked questions like this before but there's just one more thing i need to know okay please read this.

last night i was watching ghost hunters live ( know don't think i could not get to sleep because of being scared cause i am not scared of ghosts)

i fell asleep while watching it ( at that time i was watching with my dad in his room)

i dunno if i fell asleep cause i do not remember having a dream then i woke up shortly after and my dad said ghost hunters was off and i was like " huh.?....awww..." i missed the ending...but am sure it well come on again

anyways i went back into my room and went asleep again then i woke up one time when my mom came in my room and told me i could have my candy tomorrow

( i did not go trick or treating )

anyways then i fell asleep again then i woke up again around 2am i laid in my bed for about 1 hour i felt like i was sorta hot so then i throw the covers off me but still could not get the hot feeling off of my but i was to tired to turn off my heater

but i finally got to sleep and then i woke up at 5am and now am still again after that

am not sleepy but i should be sleepy cause i woke up yesterday morning at 10am

so what's wrong with me.?

Don't bother to try counting sheep whatever you do, cause that keeps your brain active and keeps you awake, if you're having trouble sleeping you should exercise before you go to bed because this makes you tired and more likely to get a good nights sleep.Health Question & Answer

Your fine, you just had a restless night.

Follow a better sleeping pattern and routine

You wake up late too which interupts what time you'd be tired to go to sleep at night.

You should stick to a 10 pm sleep time and 7 am waking time.
It's much healthier and don't let anyone keep disturbing you

It is also bad to learn to sleep with the T.V on or a radio.

Soz i cant 'diagnose' you .. i wish someone cud tell me wats rong with me ! Coz i have the same problem - except it takes me HOURS to get to sleep !
