its caused by an overgrowth of bacteria and sex is a major factor because of the friction, heat, moisture and dirty fingers.my friend used to get it nearly everytime she had sex so she now pee's straight after and rarely suffers anymore. drinking cranberry juice is good to get rid of it because there is an acid in the juice that kills the bacteria (to put it simply)Health Question & Answer
