Question: Sleepiness Problem! What to do.?
I have been sleeping for more than 10 hours a night when I can (weekends) and when I wake up in the morning I feel like I could sleep even longer. I'm in college, and on some days I just have one class in the morning around 8am, I'll get about 7 hours of sleep, go to that class, then go home and sleep for 4 more hours. Why is that.? I've been told that I could be a bear hibernating :) I do dream a lot too, because I remember from my psychology class that the stage of sleep you need I think is when you dream, and I always have crazy dreams. So, what is my problem.? How do I fix it so that I want to wake up in the morning and get stuff done.?Health Question & Answer

- Do your roommate complain about snoring.? You may have a very common condition known as sleep apnea.

- Do you take caffine or nicotine.?
Stop it.

- Is your room very quiet and very dark.?
Fix it.

- Are you under stress.?
Learn yoga and meditate.

- Have you taking drugs like sleeping pills.?
Stop it. They can cause sleeplessness.

- Do you eat late at night.?
