Question: What's that Urge of hurting my head.?
Its this felling I get when Im really mad of annoy sometimes it just comes at random. why is that.?

Huh. I do that too or when i dont get my homework and stuff, but maybe its like why some people beat a pillow or hit something else, its sort of a release of emotion and for me im more calm after i have hit my head with my textbook. Though the feeling coming at random is weird, maybe your anxiety is high when its random.?Health Question & Answer
sometimes things build up inside of you...the pressure is so bad you have to blow off steam and if you dont you will totally lose it...we've all been there..best to let it out than keep it inside as long as you dont harm some one elseHealth Question & Answer
I understand, when I get that feeling, I throw things around, even put my fist through the wall once or twice. Then I'm back to my old self.
