As this is not a chat I have not shared all the bad crap that has happened to me. I feel like I have taken too many anti-depressants

if your low on seratonin that just means your back to where you were fifteen years ago when you were taking anti-depressants.. your depressed. if you dont wanna start taking pills again there are over the counter tablets called htp-5 that are natural seratonin builders, there derived from certain plants, mushrooms, and i think a brazilian tree frog ..good luckHealth Question & Answer
Blocking, dunno, good question. You could, however, be preventing the release of Serotonin though.
