Question: PHOBIA AND FEEL MAJOURLY SICK.?
Please help me! I have a phobia of sick and i am shaking and i have such a bad stomach ache and i think i might be sick. I have no idea how to calm myself down!
Please, any tips.? Im desperate!

OMG! I'm a hyperchondriac and have a phobia of anything related to the medical field as in needles, doctors nad hospitals....this is what I would do [you can message me if you want to], make a list of all the things that you ate and see if there were any reactions.? for example when i drink milk and eat a peanust butter sandwich i get diarrhea, also are you udner stress.? have you been sleeping.? are you having any problems right now.? Ask yourself all of this ok.

Vomiting is certainly unpleasant and unsettling, but it is necessary at times, so you're going to have to come up with some dialogue you tell yourself over and over again like a chant. I think of a sentence that helps me and I repeat it in my head, and sometimes out loud if I have to.

The last time I was that ill was just a few days ago. I think the sentence going through my mind leading up to it was something like, "I know this is awful but I'm going to feel better soon." And after I threw up a few times, I certainly did feel better. I hope you feel better soon.Health Question & Answer

The only thing I can say is you'll feel great if you do throw up. When you're throwing up it's not that bad, it's just the waiting that's hard.

I've just got to the point of jamming my fingers in my throat when I feel sick. Unpleasant at first but it gets it over with fast.

Try and take your mind off it. Watch TV, listen to music, draw, anything really.

just try hard & block it out and think about something good. lye down and close your eyes keep takin deep breaths. try go to sleep.
