Truth is, worse case, you die. Aside from that:

You need to at some point or you can become very ill and very, very uncomfortable. We need to keep our colon moving and cleaned out. Many patients I have had over the year become so "impacted" they require manual dis-impaction. Yes that means a doctor or a nurse goes in with there fingers and pulls it out.

Yes ouch. Obviously you want to get it out before that point. Ask your pharmacist for products. If it has been several days, in the hospital we would not fool around but go in from both ends.

Something by mouth and something by rectum. (like suppository or enema) If that sounds bad, the alternative is worse. Health Question & Answer

I know what your saying, I wondered too. Then my friend told me that she only takes a ''poo'' once every couple weeks because she is afraid to and doesn't like to, and then I realized she doesn't eat much food, and that she probably has a lot of unhealthy toxins in her body, therefore she really has some kind of problem. I didn't understand how that was possible because unlike myself, I use the bathroom 1-2 times a day.. lol.

I don't really know WHAT happens, it can't be healthy, but my friend, she's still alive... lolHealth Question & Answer

You could get backed up. What happens is that it starts to harden because it's sitting there too long. Then you become constipated and it won't come out even when you try. Then you'll get bloated and have abdominal discomfort. You'll start to feel sick from the toxins.

You'd eventually need to go to the doctor or to buy an enema kit at the drugstore. It's no fun to have to bugger yourself with that stuff. Health Question & Answer

One of two things.........
1 You will "S**t" yourself, or

2 You will "burst"

Good luck !!!Health Question & Answer
