I have the exact same problem! I know what my problem is, but I'm not sure of the reason why you can't get up. So I will just try to cover it all for u!

***ARE YOU 2 EXHAUSTED.? If so, you must get to bed earlier! I'm a person who needs my sleep, and it sounds like you might be too!

***ARE YOU OVER-WORKED.? This could be from having too busy of a schedule! For example, instead of cramming Algebra tutoring, youth group, and soccer practice in on Monday night, limit it to one activity on that specific weeknight. Often everyone gets tired with too hectic of a week!

***ARE YOU DREADING THE DAY AHEAD OF YOU.? If so, plan a little thing for you to look forward to each day. What works for me is visiting with a friend over lunch. Then school/work doesn't seem so bad.

***ARE YOU TURNING OFF YOUR ALARM CLOCK IN YOUR SLEEP.? I'm guilty of this! Turn up the volume of your alarm clock, set your alarm on your cell phone and/or your TV! Sometimes I even have to leave a note over my sleep button that says "Get up!!" :)

If these aren't helping, then your problem is that you're just not a morning person. That's ok though. All of our internal clocks are different. Try to rearrange your morning routine so that you can have more time to sleep in. (For example, shower at night instead of in the morning, lay out your clothes the night before, etc.) This tends to help as well!

Well, I think that I've talked your ear off enough! Hope I helped & Good luck!Health Question & Answer

Do you constantly hit the snooze button and fall back to sleep, only to wake up in 5 minutes.? That could actually make you drowsy, and try to make your bedtime earlier, and do what you need to in the morning, at night. So, if you have to, you can have a little more time to sleep.Health Question & Answer

Consider whether you are getting enough quality sleep. There could be many possible factors effecting your sleep.

If you tend to hit the snooze button, move your alarm clock across the room so that you have to get up to turn it off. Health Question & Answer
