Does anyone have any answers/suggestions?!

So one morning I woke up and there was a bump above my upper lip toward the corner of my mouth. It was a bit painful but it just looked like a pimple to me so I really didn't pay much attention to it. The next day it hurt more but I still didn't pay much attention. Today however, my lip is swollen, red, painful, and it burns. Any suggestions on what it could be or how to treat it.?Health Question & Answer
