Question: Can I still get chicken pox if i got my chicken pox immunity before.?
my grandmother has shingles and i know it's caused by the same virus, so i was just wondering if there is a big possibilty i could still get chicken pox even though i got my immunity.Health Question & Answer

You can still get the chicken pox if you've never had them before. If you've had the immunization shot, you're less likely to get the pox, but not because your grandmother once had shingles.
