What happens if I use this medication, then later use this medication...?!

Question: What happens if I use this medication, then later use this medication....?
First off, to start things up, I'm 14, and I'm very physically mature for 14, so just assume 15 or so. Anyway.

I have really bad acne so in a few days i may go on accutane or another isotretinoin. Within 6 months I will be gone of my acne (99% likely) and i wont have it again. By that time i will be 15 (16 if you want to compare me to other kids my hormone maturity level) anyway. what happens if after that time is up, and my acne is gone, I use a non-prescribed steroid or anabolic steroid for muscle mass growth.? I'm talking about an illegal one of course. One of the side effects is acne, so will my acne return even after I have been on isotretinoin/accutane.? Thanks for any helpHealth Question & Answer

Answers:
Accutane works in a number of different ways. It reduces oil production, decreases cell buildup that leads to whiteheads and blackheads, kills bacteria in your skin and reduces inflammation.

Because of all it does, it is extremely unlikely that any acne can survive in that situation. If the Accutane works for you and you don't get acne regularly, you probably won't get any if you are on steroids.

Please be careful if you are considering anabolic steroids. A friend of mine was on the juice and he actually started getting these hard balls in his nipples, and he started growing breasts. I know these side effects are very unlikely, but they are possible. I might worry more about these than your acne.

Sorry for sounding like your mom =)Health Question & Answer
