Get them to sit up with head forward to make sure their air passage is clear.
If they are not vomiting, try to get them to eat bread or other starch & drink water to dilute the alcohol. Try to keep them conscious.
If they are vomiting don't give anything to eat or drink. Vomiting is positive.
Take their pulse if you can, if it is very slow or irregular, or they are unresponsive, call 911. They have acute alcohol poisoning & can die from heart failure or heart attack.

Get them to get some fresh air, if they have vomited is good, but they will get dehydrated so give them some water. Perhaps a little caffeine will do good. If it gets really bad, prevent them from chocking on their vomit and call an ambulance asap. They can end up with alcohol poisoning which is very dangerous. I understand all students go through a nonsensical drunken phase, but really, the quicker you learn to drink sensibly without having to get to state like that, the better for your health and your parents peace of mind.
