How to stay awake in school?!


Question: How to stay awake in school.?
So, I'm really tired in the morning. I get up at 6 am and I eat breakfast right after I change. How do I keep myself awake at school.? Normally, I daydream or fall asleep. Any methods.? And no, I don't drink coffee.Health Question & Answer

You could try getting to bed earlier, and I find a shower in the morning really wakes me up.
also, on my sleepy days, I like to buy a Monster or two. I wouldn't suggest them everyday (although I think I could drink them every day for the rest of my life), since they aren't that great for you.

dont take anymore medicines because it just makes you sleep more.

try this tips:

Drink cold water! So your body gets cold and stay awake. hot temperature makes your body weak.

dont keep silent. Talk with your friends on ery interesting topics.
Recite when there is recitation.
