depends really on the person I have a friend started at that age and got lazy and dumb lol me I did it also at 16 im now in my 20's pulling in a lil over 45,000 a yr so just depends if u smoke it and it freaks u out like u want to cry dont do it if it makes u mellow and just stress free thats good lol hope that helps
