Question: I need to smoke wha can i do.?
I have not smoked for 3 weeks. I get really bad anxiety and I used to just smoke, I am feeling it really bad right now. What can I do besides smoke to help with my anxiety.?Health Question & Answer

Well for the craving their is a lot of solution , like eating, gum, try to keep your hands busy also, a lot of website give really good advice for it.

As for the anxiety, well its really hard to tell without knowing what is the cause of it, but if you didnt meet a doctor or havent had a check up in a while it might be a good thing to do. You could also visit a natural shop if you havent tried maybe some of their product might help a little bit to calm down. Running some blood test also would be a good start up.
You should also share those anxiety with someone you trust, not try to fight them alone.

I scrapbooked, ran the vacuum, fixed something, or whatever.
