Question: So i started wellbutrin today.?
i couldnt go back to sleep i woke up at 9 to take it, and im a little anxious i am taking it for anxiety. idk if its because im thinking about all the side effects i could get or what not. how did you feel on your first day of taking wellbutrin.? did it help for your anxiety.? any info will help thank you!Health Question & Answer

when i started wellbutrin-I took one pill to start (at a low dose) for i believe a week...things felt good, then I up the dose to two pills a day as my Dr had instructed--this was too much for me. I was having strange scary dreams, my heart was pounding, I felt very jittery. Since then I have decided it was best that I stick to only one pill a day, I take it in the morning so that it doesn't keep me awake at night (you should take it before 5pm--if you are only taking one pill a day) Everyone is different so you'll have to base whats best for you on your reaction to the meds. This is just how it effected me. I've been on them for maybe 3 years...and I haven't had any issues since. I think they are great pills and I think the lowest dose is just the right dose for me. So just keep an eye on symptoms you get, write things down in a notebook if you must--but do keep track of everything you feel (both physically and mentally) Make notes of weird feelings and mention them to your dr.Health Question & Answer
I have taken Wellbutrin and had no side effects at all. I slept better and felt good. Things didn't bother me as much.
You may sleep better and not need to stay in bed as long because you are more rested. I hope you have as good results as I did.

it helped for a while, then i didn't need it anymore.
