Question: Oh please can you help i'm sick and feel miserable.?
okay so i have caught a cold
luckily there was no school today so that gave me an extra day to recover but now
i just feel so bad. my neck is aching me and so is my back
i don't even wanna bend down to pick anything up
my arms are too (and yes i know i'm typing, but i'm on my laptop)
i also have a sore throat and when i cough i feel like my head is gonna explode. i'm congested and my hearing is off today
i can't really hear that good because my head is so congested
i just have a really bad cold
i just feel so miserable, and i don't think i can go to school tomarrow
and i hate to miss school =(

what can i do.?
do you know any good medicines that will help me.?
any advice

Aww, i hate being sick! always really sucky! I hope you'll feel better really soon.
Try having something like tea, or i think its like warm water or milk or something and honey, that might sooth ur throught. Drink lots of liquid, eat lots of vitamin c (oranges stuff like that), Dont have lots of milk. And just rest a lot i guess. I know having to miss school might suck, but make it fun and relaxing, and just let urself get better. Do stuff like colour, or do wordsearches or other stuff like that that you havent done for a while. Watch ur fave movie, write something, have a long warm relaxing bath. Make it something you will like, and that will make u feel better.

Okay, if it's that bad, you should be going to a doctor, you could have an ear infection, or it can turn into something worse.

But if you can't get to one, drink lots of fluids, even though it might hurt your throat, eat a lot of soup with nutrients in it, and take vitamins. Get plenty of sleep, and stop staring at the computer screen! :) Perhaps putting on some soothing music would be good too. Make sure to keep warm as well.Health Question & Answer

ecchanasia. i spelled it way wrong but [ek-en-asia] is great for colds. its a natural herb and safer for the body. otherwise plain tussin works great. i had bronchitus recently and the doctor gave me the tussin and i felt better by the next day. hope you recover quickly!
