For the first one make sure you have medication for that because you really can't stop them when they come.

For the second one go to the gym or do some crunches to stop the bleeding or take birth control to stop it all together it works for me all the time.Because it is proved that the more you work out the more it can increase the chances of you having a shorter period.

And last but not least bloating what happens when you have a period. When you start to bleed your body is rushing blood to one area of your body to cause you blow up everywhere so make sure you stay on your feet a lot so it won't happen to you. I attend the University of Pennsylvania to become a OBD so I hope this works!!!Health Question & Answer

Although birth control pills help and can stop your period you need to be on them for a month at least before this starts happening. Unfortunately you don't have that amount of time availablee.

Usually stress can make you miss your period. Its happened to me a few times. But I'm talking a lot of stress...and that may ruin your mood for your party.

What you can do is stay hydrated and take some pain medication. Motrin usually helps me but if you would like there are other brands out there. They'll take care of the cramping, bloating and fatigue that you usually get.

A heating pad will also help. There are kinds now that you can stick to yourself. Thermacare heat pads work good and you can just stick it on under your clothes. I hope I helped hun. Good luck. Health Question & Answer

Heat on your lower belly can help temporarily alleviate menstrual cramps, but it doesn't make your period go away any faster.

If you aren't on birth control, as your doctor for it and if you start the patch, for example, a week before you SHOULD start your period. It will push it back for about 4 weeks.

Best way to avoid cramps and bloating is to drink tons of water. Drink 1 ounce of water for every pound you weigh. You'll feel loads better.Health Question & Answer

You can get pills from the doctors that will pospone your period. talk to them about it. you can't really stop bloating but for the pain ibroprophen or high power pain killers should do the trick. i would suggest seeing a doctor though if you get pretty bad as they can stop this for the future by putting you on the pill or other hormone medicines.Health Question & Answer

Well birth control will be a really good idea for you. When you start or before you start your period start taking midol every four hours so the cramps wont be as bad. also don't eat or drink anything with caffeine including chocolate. Drinks lots of water.Health Question & Answer

Birth control pills can help with everything you've named. Talk with your doctor about it. Good luck. I hope this helps.Health Question & Answer
