How can i stop moving around when i sleep?!


Question: How can i stop moving around when i sleep.?
okay well its a habbit i do, i go to sleep on my left side and when i wake up im either on the ground or on the other side of my king size bed and on my right side, and when my friend slept in my bed once she said i like kicked her off my bed when i was sleepin, and one day i pushed her off when i was sleepini tried to make my self not move alot cuz it takes me like an hour before i go to bed cuz im tired but i just cant sleep but i wake up and i noticed i moved like crazy i dont know if you need to know this but i always stay up at night and then i get like 10-13 hours of sleep but its not that because when i went to school (before i started doing correspondace at home) i used to sleep at night and only slept for 8-9 hours and i dont have a sleeping disorderHealth Question & Answer

Maybe your mattress is uncomfortable. You are moving around in your sleep while unconscious so obviously something is preventing you from rest. If this is something new then maybe it is stress, but it sounds like you need a new mattress. As for the amount of sleeping you do, I think maybe you are getting TOO much sleep, which could also play a part in your inability to rest. Try to relax 30 min before you go to bed and do nothing but relax now TV no music nothing. Get Lavender essential oil and put few drops on your pillow that will relax you and make you calm. I hope this helps.Health Question & Answer
