It hurts when she like sits in certain positions, its been like it for a few hours, its still hurting her sometimes when shes just sitting normally, when we put pressure on it, it doesn't hurt, but its only just started happening tonight

First of all if this has been happening for a couple hours she could be having a cyst burst, or possibly be suffering from symptoms of endemetriosis - which is a problem with the lining of the uterus - neither one is fun, when you have a cyst burst you do not have to be on your period - they jemergencyen - if you have insurance take her to the emergecy room depending on the amount of pain she is in - if she is well enough to skip the hospital run to your local pharmacy and get her some Midol - or any generic brand of Naproxen ( its an anti inflammatory) and will help with cramps - the more she tenses up the more intense the spasms will be - tell her to relax and get her a heating pad for the time being.
