okay well i have the gum to make u stop smoking, i just started taking it to see if it works, i got the 2mg and it says for smokers that smoke up to 25 a day and i smok up to 25 a day, and when i had a piece it burned my throat and i started feeling sick, is that supposted to happen, i can read the instuctions.direction thingy cuz i lost it, lol
